GEORGE: Things are okay in Florida. You've been in closer touch, I think, in the last couple months than we have in New York. Just a call, an occasional telephone call every few weeks has been all we have really been able to manage. Not rightly so, as a matter of fact we will try to get a tape [mailed] off to them tonight too, and fill them in on a lot of details. But things seem to be going along pretty well.
